ATRAX Driver App (“we”, “our”, “the App”) is used by drivers to receive orders, update stops, and send GPS location updates to the dispatching system.

Current GPS coordinates

Speed, altitude, distance, and timestamp
This is used only for dispatching, tracking vehicles, and updating order statuses.

Device model

Android version

Network status
Used for diagnosing connection issues.

1.3. Account Information

Driver ID

Assigned truck ID

2. How We Use This Data

Data is used only for the following:

Updating real-time truck location

Updating order and stop statuses

Improving routing and dispatch efficiency

Logging arrival/onsite/completion events

Internal analytics and troubleshooting

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

3. Data Storage

Location and order data is stored on our secure server:

All data transmission is protected using secure protocols.

4. Permissions Explained

The app requires:

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION — for accurate GPS location

ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION — approximate location

ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION — continuous tracking during active routes

INTERNET — sending updates to the server

The app does not access photos, contacts, messages, or microphone.

5. Data Retention

Data is stored only as long as required for business and operational purposes.

Users may request:

Access to their data

Deletion of stored location records

Correction of incorrect information
